Salestio Updates, April 7
Hello, the team is back to share the latest Salestio features! Along with the main app updates, we are releasing Salestio — Multi‑store Sync, a solution to link multiple Shopify storefronts. Keep reading to find out more about the new app, and check it out on the Shopify App Store.
As always, feel free to share your thoughts on our roadmap or contact us at support@salest.io if you know how we can make the app better.
Amazon Ireland support
Ireland has been added to the list of supported marketplaces in Salestio. If your Seller Central account is operating on Amazon Ireland, you can update the account settings in Salestio. Go to Salestio > Accounts > Amazon account and enable the new marketplace there:

Adjustments for eBay auctions
eBay auctions can now be created without a "Buy Now" and "Reserve" price. To start listing auctions with only the starting price specified, edit your Ebay Profile in the app. Pick a Start Price according to the current price mode, leave the other prices blank, and save the changes:

Receive "Refunded" status from Amazon
Salestio can now receive a "Refunded" status if an order was refunded directly from Seller Central. This change will be reflected in Salestio > Orders tab and Shopify if the order is created.
Optimizations and improvements
- Improved support for multiple value fields in Amazon Creation Profiles.
- Adjusted the behavior for linking existing Amazon items through the Inventory tab: only matched product variations will be connected. Variant SKUs that do not match will be skipped and remain in the "Not Linked" status.
- Improved the ASIN field in Amazon Selling Lists to remove extra characters when pasting.
- Improved receiving product data from Shopify (product details like pictures and description will update faster for stores with a large product count).
- Resolved an issue with "invalid qualifier" that appeared when publishing some Etsy variation themes.
- Resolved an issue with applying an SKU mapping file to previously imported orders.
Salestio — Multi‑store Sync
We are happy to introduce our new app, Salestio — Multi‑store Sync. This app connects multiple Shopify shops. It allows for the syncing of product information from one Main store to different Dependent stores.

Sellers can use different modes to update the products and choose to sync quantities, prices, and full product data across the stores. Once the stores are connected, the synchronization process runs automatically in the background.
