Hello, the team is back to share the latest Salestio features!

As always, feel free to share your thoughts on our roadmap or contact us at support@salest.io if you know how we can make the app better.

Report of connected listings

eBay sellers have a new tool to check if all of the marketplace inventory is properly connected to Shopify. Go to Salestio > eBay > Inventory tab to check out the new feature. Just in case, click "Download inventories" to get the latest product list from your eBay account.

Click "Download report" to select the marketplace account to get a compiled list of the current eBay inventory in a CSV format.

Each product in the file will have a "Linked" column indicating if the item is currently connected with a Shopify product. Products in "Update Error", "Linking Error", and "Not Linked" statuses will show up in the file as "Linked: No".

If you see a product marked with "No" in this column, you can go back to the Inventory tab in Salestio and "Move to Selling List" to get it linked.

New tax settings

New options have been added to Salestio, check them out in Salestio > Settings tab:

Settings can be applied to all integrations at once or separately for each connected account. Select a marketplace account from the sidebar and scroll to the "Tax Settings" section to configure individual settings.

Additionally, Salestio can now mark taxes as "Filed" in Shopify. If you need this for your store, please reach out to support@salest.io to enable the option.

Order view optimizations

Default sorting on the Salestio > Orders tab has now been changed to the creation date. Latest orders are displayed at the top, regardless of the Modified date.

Also, a new filtering option has been added to the order view. Items can be filtered to show Canceled orders only:

The team is working to update the app for compliance with the new General Product Safety Regulation that takes effect on December 14, 2024.

1

Add support for the General Product Safety Regulation GPSR fields for the eBay integration

To comply with the GPSR, all professional sellers offering items for sale in the EU and Northern Ireland must include additional information, including manufacturer's name and contacts, and other relevant product details. Salestio should support all new fields that are required.

We are also continuing work on the standalone solution to manage multiple e-commerce stores.

Add support to support synchronisation between multiple shops

I would like to have the possibility to manage multiple online stores and online marketplaces from a single Salestio installation. Salestio gives the possibility to manage multiple online marketplaces from a single online store, but it will be nice to have the possibility to manage also multiple shops from a single dashboard.
